TriHealth EAP provides local, regional and national comprehensive corporate services.
TriHealth EAP Corporate Services Program provides the following services:
Consultation Services regarding:
- Problem employees (deteriorating work performance, unacceptable attitude/behavior on the job)
- Threats of violence in the workplace
- Policy and procedure development regarding prevention of violence in the workplace or Drug Free Workplace Programs. (i.e. Bureau of Workers' Compensation or the Department of Transportation Drug Free Workplace programs)
- Conflict between co-workers
- Manager self-care and survivor issues with reorganization, downsizing, and change
Organizational Diagnosis and Intervention:
When a workgroup or team is in conflict and/or not working effectively, TriHealth EAP can diagnose the situation, assess the needs, make recommendations and where appropriate, assist management with an intervention.
During an organizational intervention, TriHealth EAP will provide on-going process consultation to prepare management to take over the process and to prevent problem reappearance.
Absence Management:
TriHealth EAP offers qualified behavioral health case management specialists to:
- Assess employee's needs
- Direct employee to appropriate resources
- Coordinate services for the employee and impacted family members
- Consult with employers regarding policy and process related to lost work time
