30-minute classes held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly. You will ATTEND ALL 4-DAYS. A new session begins each week on Monday. Classes are held in the morning and evening for your convenience and both preschool and school age will be in lessons at the same time!

Private Swim lessons are only offered to TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion members; Nonmembers are invited to participate in group swim lessons.

Private swim lessons are for TriHealth Fitness Pavilion fitness center members.
Parent/child class working on water acclimation, safety, blowing bubbles, floating. Held in warm water pool for up to 9 children. 30-minutes.
Ages: 6 months up to 3 years.
The goal of these classes is for children to learn safety around the water, blowing bubbles, submerging under water, body buoyancy on front and back, gliding, kicking, bobbing, swim on front and back, treading, opening eyes under water without goggles.
Ages: 3 years to 5 years.
The of these classes is for children to learn safety around the water, basic aquatic skills, progressing through 6 swimming strokes, treading, survival float, headfirst entries and increased endurance.
Ages: 6 years to 10 years.
This class is geared for individuals who are just learning to swim or looking to increase the number of strokes he/she can swim. We will also cover survival floats, treading water and increasing swimming endurance.
Ages: 16 years and older.
