Fitness & Group Exercise

Between our 80+ group classes, our 10,000 square foot fitness area featuring a large selection of cardiovascular and strength fitness equipment, our three pools (2 indoor, 1 outdoor), and our dedication to mind and body, with classes ranging from Pilates to tai chi, we have a great fit for you and your level of ability, from beginner to expert. We also provide personal trainers, at an additional cost, who can customize workouts for any individual.  

Our degreed, certified and experienced team is one major reason the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion stands apart from other fitness centers. Our team is not only certified in the classes they teach, but are also trained in emergency preparedness and hold American Red Cross CPR certifications for health care professionals.

Group Exercise

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, you can benefit by adding variety to your workout by attending one or more exercise classes led by our TriHealth certified instructors. More than 80 group fitness classes are offered each week in two beautiful, spacious studios and two indoor pools, so you are sure to find several classes to enjoy! Check out the schedules here.

Fitness Floor

Step onto the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion’s spacious fitness floor with more than 10,000 square feet and over 250 pieces of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility equipment.

Mind and Body

Connecting the mind and body can offer powerful therapeutic benefits. The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion offers a wide array of fitness classes, including yoga, tai chi, and reformer and mat Pilates, tailored to stimulate the body while helping participants develop and strengthen peace of mind. Further, mind/body classes are often gentler on the joints.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.

Water

From deep water aerobics to functional fitness pool work outs, our aqua aerobics classes are an interesting exercise alternative. Members may attend any class of their choosing.

Medical Exercise Services

These programs are for people who have completed therapy, who need strength prior to surgery or have a chronic or special condition.
