Pediatric patients ages 12 to 17 years are also recommended to receive COVID-19 Vaccine 2024-2025 Formula. If your child has not received one COVID-19 Vaccine 2024-2025 Formula or is unvaccinated against COVID-19, please call 513 862-VACC (513-862-8222) or schedule an appointment.
