The McCullough-Hyde Scholarship Program provides scholarship and educational funding to McCullough-Hyde Team Members participating in continuing education and specialized training, including scholarships to pursue advanced degrees related to healthcare. The McCullough-Hyde Scholarship Program is made possible through the Larry Kist Scholarship Fund and the Alberta Lutz Ittel Continuing Education Fund.
The Mock Family Award for Excellence in Nursing recognizes nurses who model superior work in delivering on the patient experience. Nominees for the Mock Family Award are assessed by a volunteer committee based on patient experience, care delivery, clinical skills, acts of kindness and safety. Nominations can be made by grateful patients, community members, colleagues and coworkers.
The Kosarko Family Award for Excellence recognizes ancillary clinical or non-clinical Team Members who models a superior ability to deliver the preferred McCullough-Hyde and TriHealth experience. Nominees for the Kosarko Family Award are assessed by a volunteer committee based on ideal workplace skills, identified exceptional acts of kindness and compassion, being a team player, and working to deliver a positive experience. Nominations can be made by grateful patients, community members, colleagues and coworkers.
The Community Granting Program is a grant-making program that makes investments to address significant health needs of local communities. The McCullough-Hyde Foundation will partner with and provide funding to local organizations that are leading the way to build healthier communities. Learn more about our Community Grants program.
The McCullough-Hyde Foundation invites proposals from organizations for programs and projects that focus on education, prevention programs, awareness efforts, wellness opportunities and direct care in the following areas: Mental Health, Alcohol and Drugs Abuse, Access to Healthcare, Food Insecurities and Healthy Behaviors
Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) or other not-for-profit organization (or have a tax-exempt fiscal partner) located in Butler County (OH), Franklin County (IN), Preble County (OH) or Union County (IN). Funding Cycle and Application Deadlines are April 15, with notification in June, August 15, with notification in October and December 15, with notification in February.
