Interested in diet and exercise, Dr. Sarah St. Cyr earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition. She continued on to medical school when she realized that being a doctor could expand her scope of helping people live better. She chose to specialize in primary care to focus on disease prevention and the management of chronic conditions. She feels strongly about empowering people to improve their health and loves seeing people get better as a result.
Dr. St. Cyr sees adults for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness. She is particularly interested in disease prevention, weight management, hypertension, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. She believes in collaborating with her patients, listening carefully to assure that she addresses their concerns. She encourages everyone to make small changes in their lives to improve health, concentrating on one action at a time to build healthy lifestyle habits.
A native Cincinnatian, Dr. St. Cyr is a runner and has completed a few half-marathons. She and her husband enjoy golfing and scuba diving.
