As a courtesy, we will initiate a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We accept most insurance plans. We do our very best to stay current on our accepted plans, but due to constant changes beyond our control, we recommend that you contact your insurance to verify your coverage for services. As a patient, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you are receiving services from a provider in your plan, and not the responsibility of our office. Please keep in mind, your medical insurance may not pay in full for all services rendered; therefore, you are responsible for any remaining balances after insurance processes your claim. As the patient, it is your responsibility to provide updated insurance information to our office for proper claim submission. If you have questions regarding the processing of your claim, please contact your insurance company. If you have questions regarding a bill, please contact one of our billing specialists at (513) 569-6117 and they will be happy to assist you.
