Recently, you may have received a letter from Anthem explaining that your TriHealth physician was Out of Network. Unfortunately, Anthem sent this letter in error and is working to correct as soon as possible. For now, we want to confirm that your TriHealth provider is still In-Network with your Anthem insurance. Please do not cancel any appointments or start searching for a new physician without consulting your insurance first.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value you and are grateful for the trust you place in our TriHealth team to care for you and your family!

Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center

When you need advanced care for your baby, we're here for you

Expert care for complex fetal conditions

TriHealth is proud to collaborate with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center through the Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center, one of a few comprehensive fetal care centers in the country. Led by physicians from TriHealth, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and University of Cincinnati Medical Center, our team specializes in treating complex and rare fetal conditions.

We provide mothers and their babies with comprehensive care from prenatal diagnosis and fetal treatment to delivery, postnatal care and long-term follow-up. Since 2004, our team has evaluated more than 8,000 high-risk pregnancies; this experience enables us to provide the most sophisticated, effective therapies available.

Guide for Parents

At the Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center, experts in maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology and fetal surgery share a passion for providing exceptional, comprehensive care for mothers and babies experiencing complex fetal conditions or high-risk pregnancy. Our team provides care in an atmosphere of compassion, knowing that patients and families are sometimes dealing with difficult decisions and fears about the future.

Innovative Treatment Options

Our physicians are passionate about finding novel therapies to improve surgical outcomes and enhance quality of life for patients. Innovation is a hallmark of our approach to care. For example, the Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center is one of only a few institutions in the United States offering Fetoscopic endoluminal tracheal occlusion (FETO) to treat the most severe cases of CDH. We offer both fetoscopic and open repair for Myelomeningocele (MMC) / spina bifida.
