Preventive Health Guidelines

Your health—now and in the future—is TriHealth Physician Partners' top priority. In keeping with that commitment, we have developed an evidence-based preventive health protocol for our male and female patients. We invite you, our patient, to truly partner with us in managing your care.

Preventive care focuses on maintaining your health and stopping disease before it starts. Together, we can improve and sustain your health by:

  • Making regular visits
  • Scheduling screenings and immunizations
  • Actively participating in your care, including tracking your results
  • Setting personal goals

Preventive Health Screenings

19 to 39 years of age
