Ear, Nose and Throat

Voice and Swallowing Clinic

Speaking, singing, eating … these are things we take for granted on a daily basis but health problems impacting these daily activities can negatively impact our quality of life. Whether simply a voice change, discomfort with speaking, chronic or persistent cough, or due to a more complex autoimmune or neurologic problem, our team can evaluate, diagnose and develop a treatment plan to improve that quality of life.

TriHealth offers advanced care to patients with voice and/or swallowing difficulties due to a variety of disorders effecting the upper airway and larynx (throat). Our specialist partners with speech pathologists to evaluate and develop the best treatment options. These treatment options can involve modifying our diets or making lifestyle changes, working with our therapist, taking medication, or advanced and minimally invasive in office or surgical procedures. Additionally, because of the diverse types of health problems that can impact a patient’s voice and swallowing, we integrate care with other specialists from TriHealth Digestive Institute, TriHealth Surgical Institute and TriHealth Cancer Institute.
