The daughter of a busy primary care physician in rural eastern Kentucky, Dr. Jessica Cassady often spent her summers growing up working in her father's office. She saw firsthand the difference that a strong doctor/patient relationship can make in patients' lives. These early experiences helped shape her passion for patient care.Today, as a board-certified internal medicine physician, she works with adult patients on the prevention, detection and treatment of common illnesses and the management of chronic conditions. A lover of all things tech, Dr. Cassady recently completed a master's degree in medical informatics, the application of information technology to deliver health care services, which helps her utilize technology to improve access, communication and care for patients. She is also the founder of the Cincinnati Physician Mothers Group, a social, professional and educational resource for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky's community of physician mothers. Although staying current on tech trends is important to her, the most essential element of Dr. Cassady's practice is connecting on a personal level with patients. She looks forward to developing long-term relationships with her patients and being a part of their journeys throughout their stages of life. Through shared decision-making and open communication, she can optimize and customize treatment plans to meet each patient's lifestyle and health goals.
