Sarah Sullender, FNP, attributes her desire to help others to her grandmother, who fostered babies with
addictions. Sarah often helped her grandmother care for those babies and she fell in love with the nurturing environment. For more than 12 years, she worked as a registered nurse in women’s health, providing inpatient maternal and fetal care at two hospitals. She now practices with Cincinnati Urogynecology Associates.
As a certified nurse practitioner, Sarah provides compassionate care for adults with bladder and pelvic floor disorders, including incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She genuinely understands that patients may feel uncomfortable talking about their health concerns and strives to give them a comfortable environment to do so. She also assures that patients understand their conditions, along with any treatments or medications recommended. Sarah encourages her patients to come with an open mind, willing to listen and explore the options that can help them live better.
Born at Good Samaritan Hospital and raised inCincinnati, Sarah is married and has two daughters. She
and her fireman husband participate in many firehouse activities and support their girls in club volleyball. She adores her Labradoodle, Fran, and loves to read.
