Dr. Neff diagnoses and treats gynecologic malignancies including uterine, cervical, ovarian and vulvovaginal cancer. Recognizing the emotional and physical impact the disease has, he believes in creating an environment of openness and comfort. He helps women with a family history of cancer, guiding them through genetic counseling and risk assessment, then weighing the options for preventive surgery or fertility-sparing care if desired. He is also interested in new personalized genomic-based therapies and clinical trials that provide additional options for treatment.
A native of Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Neff and his wife have two children. He has participated in the Pelotonia bike ride to raise money for cancer research at Ohio State University and was involved with the Ovarian Cancer Alliance in Columbus. He enjoys cooking, baking and exploring his new hometown with his family.
