Dr. Fieler evaluates and cares for pediatric and adolescent patients though college years. After practicing primary care internal medicine and pediatrics since she started at Trihealth in 2008, she transitioned her practice to only pediatrics in 2022.
Her current focus in pediatrics and adolescent medicine encompasses well child care and common acute and chronic medical conditions. Her practice focus includes but is not limited to:
• Newborn Care • Well-child visits and immunizations • Sports participation physicals • Preventative Medicine • Common childhood illnesses (e.g., viral infections, ear infections, rashes) • Common childhood injuries (sprains, strains and fracture evaluation and follow up) • Asthma • Allergies • Obesity and nutrition counseling • Behavioral concerns including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and mood disorders.
As a primary care provider, Dr Fieler continually strives to get and keep her patients healthy. She connects with children, parents to discuss their goals and beliefs as they relate to health, and then together formulate a plan to ensure healthy, happy outcomes.
Dr. Fieler grew up in eastern Ohio and moved westward for college and medical school, attending the University of Dayton and University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She has two children with her husband, Joseph. She enjoys word games and reading. She currently has three cats named Ginger, Mister and Tiramisu.
