Through her volunteer work during high school, Kara
Kirk Jaeger, PA-C, learned that she loved to give back
to the community. Combining that with her love of
science, and specifically the human body, Kara chose to
study medicine. In school, she found a passion for family
medicine. She truly enjoys working with people in all
stages of life.
As a certified physician assistant, Kara sees adults and
children for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of
acute and chronic illness. She also has a special interest in
mental health. Kara takes a preventive approach to health
care, encouraging patients to become the healthiest
versions of themselves through regular screenings,
healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness. As an advocate
for patient-centered care, Kara believes in working with
patients to create treatment plans tailored to each unique
situation. She provides the information needed to make
healthy choices, while emphasizing that they are in charge
of their own health. She believes leading a healthy lifestyle
is the foundation to a long and full life.
Kara and her husband adopted two kittens. A native
Cincinnatian, she enjoys cooking and baking, spending
time with family and walking or biking on local trails.
