David J. DeMarco MD is board certified in Family Medicine. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health, and completed his residency training at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. Although Dr. DeMarco diagnoses and treats illnesses of all kinds, his preference is prevention of disease. His desire is to treat each patient as a whole individual: body, mind, and spirit. Dr. DeMarco prefers a collaborative approach to the doctor-patient relationship. A goal for each patient is to prolong life, while maintaining the highest quality and most enjoyment possible. Medication is an important tool for promoting longevity and wellness, but only one of many tools one can use to live a long and prosperous life. Dr. DeMarco takes advantage of technology to improve health, and attempts to "practice what he preaches". He is married to a local pediatrician, and has 4 children, including triplet daughters and a son.
