Gear Up For Hot Weather With a Summer Mocktail

As the warm weather arrives, many of us look forward to backyard BBQs, pool parties, and other celebrations!

When friends and family gather, alcoholic drinks are often a tool for socializing.

And some people, especially cancer survivors, may make the important decision to limit or even abstain altogether from alcohol during the exciting festivities.

However, that doesn't mean anyone needs to be left out!

Check out TriHealth team members Dr. Edward Crane and Damian Walker share a refreshing mocktail mojito recipe that's a perfect non-alcoholic kick for your summer gatherings!

The American Cancer Society recommends that it is best for survivors to avoid alcohol - but if you do choose to drink, moderation is key. Try to limit alcohol intake to 2 drinks per day for men and 1 drink a day for women.

Most of all - stay hydrated, have fun, and enjoy yourself!
