About Me

Conditions I specialize in
  • Vascular Surgery

Dr. Adam Reichard finds vascular surgery fascinating – the perfect combination of constantly evolving treatments and improvement in technology. These changes challenge him to stay current with new developments in the field. He is inspired by his mother, a nurse, who developed strong relationships with patients and co-workers.

Specializing in vascular surgery, Dr. Reichard sees patients aged 16 and older to diagnose, treat and manage a range of conditions. These include issues involving major blood vessels, peripheral artery disease and carotid artery disease. He is particularly interested in performing complex endovascular aortic aneurysm repairs, along with treatment for pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis. Using shared decision‑making, he ensures that patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. He encourages his patients with peripheral arterial disease to walk, walk and walk some more – as walking is one of the best things one can do to improve blood flow.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Reichard and his wife have two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, going out to eat and golfing.
