Medical Staff
Arrhythmia Care at Good Samaritan Hospital utilizes a multidisciplinary, personalized approach to treating each patient with arrhythmia. Electrophysiologists – cardiologists who specialize in the electrical function of the heart – and a cardiac surgeon staff the center with specific experience in surgical treatment of arrhythmias.

A native of Cincinnati, Dr. Wilson is a graduate of the Medical College of Ohio. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital, after which he went on to complete a fellowship in cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology and interventional cardiology. Dr. Wilson serves as director of Cardiology and Electrophysiology at Good Samaritan Hospital.

After receiving his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from
Government Medical College in Punjab, India, Dr. Singh completed both his residency in internal
medicine and cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Southern California. He subsequently
completed a fellowship in electrophysiology in Milwaukee. Dr. Singh is board certified in
internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and is board eligible in electrophysiology.

Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville and completed his general surgery residency at Good Samaritan Hospital. He then completed a two-year cardiac and thoracic surgery residency at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He is board certified in cardiac and thoracic surgery. In addition to his role with the Arrhythmia Specialty Center, Dr. Smith serves as director of Robotic-Assisted Surgery at for TriHealth, research director for the General Surgery Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital, and director of Surgical Research for the TriHealth Hatton Institute.
